Jesse Rowley

Jesse, Executive Director at Personalized Solutions, holds both his bachelor’s and graduate degrees from the University of Kansas School of Social Welfare. You may see him in the office supporting the administrative side of the practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Jesse brings extensive experience working with the homeless population and has a strong passion for research, which informs his approach to program development and practice improvement. He is actively involved in creating and enhancing programs that benefit both clients and staff.

If you have questions that don’t pertain directly to your treatment, Jesse is available to provide guidance or connect you with the right resources, making him a knowledgeable and approachable part of our team.

Jesse is also the founder of The Jesse Project, an initiative designed to bring brief moments of relief and hope to those he encounters, as well as to everyone who comes through Personalized Solutions. The project reflects his deep faith in humanity and his dedication to supporting others in meaningful ways.
